Quality and Food Safety Policy


We all in Oleo Misr believe in the importance of applying quality systems and producing a high-quality product that is subject to the highest standards of food safety, and produced according to the highest standards and in healthy and safe ways that exceed the satisfaction and expectations of customers.


The company’s belief in the importance of reaching a global position in the field of development and the manufacture of fatty acids, glycerin, soap noodles, hydrogenated oils and specialty chemicals.


Therefore, the senior management and all employees of the company pledged to do their best to raise the quality and efficiency of production to achieve and fulfill our customers' demands through the conformity of the company's work system and the continuous development of the effectiveness of the system in accordance with the requirements of the standard specifications regulating quality and food safety systems, standard specifications of the company's products, with continuous improvement of those specifications and the applicable legal and legislative requirements related to food safety and health, quality and specifications.

The senior management is fully aware of the responsibilities necessary to provide an appropriate work environment to achieve the development, production and conformity of products to local and international specifications and legislation, and to meet the applicable food safety requirements, legal and regulatory requirements, and mutually agreed upon customer requirements related to food safety and quality provided.

Oleo Misr Company has Strategic objectives for Sustainable Living Plan sets out to decouple our growth from our environmental footprint, while increasing our positive social impact. 


Our Plan has two big goals to achieve, underpinned by many commitments and targets spanning our social, environmental and economic performance across the value chain. We will continue to work & participate with others to focus on those areas where we can participate to drive the biggest change and support the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
